TONS of produce - what to do with cauliflower, radishes, mushrooms...

I have a boatload of produce leftover from a wedding venue (wife's a chef and we took all the leftover fresh produce from the last wedding).

Cauliflower - about 10 lbs at least
radishes - about 8 lbs (I will pickle some)
Button Mushrooms - 2 cases!
Chives galore
Arugula - thinking pesto?
have lots of fresh herbs to add too.

I'd hate to get rid of any of it. any ideas for things that I can make and will freeze well?
Chef wifey isn't up for cooking this week :-)

What to do with leftover homemade pudding and cream

Thanks, however, it's too thin for that. It's the consistency of melted chocolate ice cream now. :-)

What to do with leftover homemade pudding and cream

I have a ton of leftover mixture of half homemade chocolate pudding and half homemade whipped cream. It's delicious, but a little thin, like eating melted chocolate ice cream with a spoon.

I'm not all that creative with desserts, so what can I do with this?!

I have about 3 quarts.

Appetizer with "Wow Factor" to bring to a Friend's House

everyone always gushes over the cute little grapes. I swear I could eat a whole log of goat cheese on my own prepared this way.

Appetizer with "Wow Factor" to bring to a Friend's House

I'm not sure if this classifies as a real appetizer, but I've been enjoying this one and at my recent housewarming party, people couldn't get enough (but they're non-foodies)

Heat equal parts of honey and truffle oil (maybe 1/3 c. each), pour over goat cheese log (room temperature). Serve with champagne grapes (or small regular ones if they're not in season) and a sliced baguette. Simple, but super good.

Sushi or Thai in near Town Hall/Times square?

Hi all,
I tried searching for a quick reply to this, but maybe I meesed it up because I didn't find much on my own.

I'm heading into the city on Saturday night for a show at the Town Hall on 43rd. We'd like to have dinner beforehand and looking for a moderately priced place to have sushi or Thai around that area. Maybe $40-50 including drinks per person? We can certainly walk a few blocks.

I was thinking we would head over to Restaurant Row, but I read a few things on this board on how it's overrated and the restaurants are sub-par.
Just trying to avoid tourist trap places like Ruby Foos', which someone suggested.

thanks much
