Kitchenaid Artisan Mixer vs. Kitchenaid Professional
My favorite wife and I are planning to buy either a Kitchenaid Arisan or a Kitchenaid Professional. We'd like feedback from anyone about either one. The Professional is more powerful, bigger bowl, etc., but it appears to us to be more cumbersome to use...is that a true assessment? Thanks for any input. (Or, if you've used Kitchenaid and didn't like it, please say why and what you switched to, intead.)

Steak & Kidney Pie in the D/FW Area
I'm hoping to find a restaurant in the Dallas/Fort Worth area that serves a good British version of steak & kidney pie. None of the British pubs I've tried has it...am I tilting at windmills?
DAL: Seafood, what am I missing and Fish on Fire
If seafood with a Mexican twist is of interest, the original Calle Doce on 12th street (there's another one further north) is wonderful, in my book. It's in an old house with lots of character and has outstanding food, as well.
