Sushi quality fish in Chester co.?
Not Chester Co., but downtown Wilmington (20 minute ride from WC) - Dawson's Sea Food, 821 Madison St., Wilmington, DE 19899. 302-658-4238.
Great quality. They primarily sell to area restuarants, but they do have a retail store also. I'd call first to see if they have what you're looking for.
Beef ribs in NJ !!! Or Pa, Delaware, and MD... (I can travel for good crusty beef ribs!!!!)
Eming's in Bishopville, MD has always been my gold standard for ribs. Take Rt. 113 South through lower DE and it is on the right, about a mile after you cross the MD border.
Get the ribs to go. The ribs are a 10+ but the ambiance is a 1-.
Has anyone tried Paradise Palms in Wilmington?
It is in the space recently occupied by Lapp's Kitchen. I have not visited this place yet. Prior to Lapp's, it was the Corner Market.
Who has the best vodka selection in the PA/NJ/DE area???
If you are travelling down to DE, also check out Kreston's. They are located right off the Rt. 202 (S) exit of I-95, about 5+ minutes further south than the Naamans Road exit where Total Wine is. They have a wonderful selection of artisanal vodkas.

Lewes, DE and Broadkill Beach-- informal
For a flavorful, informal place to eat, I highly recommend Nage on Rt. 1 S in Rehoboth, about 3 miles south of Lewes.

What's Open in Bethany/Rehoboth/Ocean City in November
Nage in Rehoboth Beach is open year round. It is located on the southbound side of Rt. 1. Food is outstanding.
It is by far my favorite place to dine when I am in Rehoboth.

I have to agree with you both on Nage and Cultured Pearl. Love them both. Breaking news...Nage just expanded and has opened a wine bar adjacent to the restaurant. Can't wait to try it!

Try the Washington Street Ale House in downtown Wilmington. They usually have 3-4 different Dogfishhead beers on draft.

+1 for the restaurant, based on the facts above. The manager did the right thing in letting you know 1 hour ahead that they needed the table at 8:30pm. Making an original reservation at 6:30 allows you the privilege to occupy the table for the reasonable time it takes you to dine, not the time it takes for your party to fully arrive.
