New to Midtown East
I'm staying at the Radisson Lexington, midtown east, with my boyfriend late January. we are complete newcomers, from England, so I would love some ideas on where to eat!
We are looking for cheap and cheerful, under $30 each for an evening meal including taxes and tips. However it will be my birthday so one night we are going to spend a bit more, I would say around $60 each. I need some help from you guys because Im totally lost with this planning!
Birthday Trip and Cake!
Ok, I posted recently about my visit to Manhattan with my boyfriend, and we have recently changed our hotel to the Wellington at 55th and 7th streets, Midtown. I would love reccomendations on a place to eat cheaply but that does brilliant food. Im looking for all sorts of restaurants, ones that arent common in my small english town. Also, I would love to buy myself a yummy birthday cake for quite cheap and need to know a good place!
First Timers on the UWS!!
Hey, me and my boyfriend are coming to stay in Manhattan from England in late Jan/early Feb. Im trying to plan and book the trip really far in advance and have no clue about food/eating out!! We like traditional food, steakhouses and italian pizzerias, stuff like that. He doesnt really like seafood/vietnamese/japanese, basically stuff that steps too far away from a traditional meal, (which is a shame because I love it!) I would really appreciate some pointers on where is good to eat on a budget. Also dont mind travelling all over the island to get somewhere fab!
