Hard to choose just one! For obvious reasons, the one where my boyfriend proposed in Calafate, Argentina which was also delicious with wild boar, trout and champagne

Red wine (esp. Malbec and Cabernet Sauvignon) and green tea

Fajitas with refried beans and guacamole or risotto

Guido's Bar in Buenos Aires; India Gate in Chichester; Kovalam, Phoenix Palace and Small & Beautiful in London;
My most tattered cookbooks:
I collect food magazines which are very tattered but because I have moved a lot I don't own any cookbooks!
