My "Go-to" dinner party dish:
osso bucco- ethical and moral issues pending. if an issue? any quick jaques pepin app and a dorie greenspan or patricia wells main course. que magnifique each and every time
My favorite comfort food:
a porkchop dish with a creamy, dijony sauce, or quickly my thick homemade yogurt and soynuts. as tasteless as others say they are...they make me so completely happy :)
