Where can I get vanilla beans?
The best vanilla beans ive found are at les douceurs du marche at the atwater market. They are twice as thick as regular vanilla beans.

Any omakase experiance possible in MTL?
I recently had an omakaze experience at Kaizen with my wife and we were blown away. Best sushi we've ever had!
