Late Night Restaurants

Hi, I'll be visiting the city in January, can anyone suggest any good restaurants that is open late at night? Prefer Chinese or Italian. My flight gets in at around 10 PM on Sunday, we won't get to the city until around 11 PM.

Hi Peech,

No, I don't have a stretchable stomach, but I do plan to wear my competition eating pants. lol.

Anyways, what I would like to do is have an early Dim Sum breakfast / lunch and then a late afternoon snack. Followed by a late dinner and hopefully I'll have room for a bowl of Wonton Noodle before bed. I know I sound like a pig, but I only have 5 days to try enjoy all the great food in Hong Kong.

By the way, I read some of your blogs and noticed that you are a wine enthusiast, so am I. Is there a good wine bar that you recommend with a good old world selection and won't break my bank?

Hi Silverjay,

We will be staying at the Grand Hyatt in Roppongi Hill. We will arrive at around 3:00 PM, so our plan for the first day is to go to a casual place for dinner and I do love Chicken Yakitori. From what I read on your posting, I would like to visit the Sake Bar Sasagin afterwards. Please let me know if you have any other recommendation for places near our hotel, especially a decent Ramen place that is open late at night, that we can go to after an evening of Sake drinking.
