Best meal I ever ate:
It wasn't really a meal exactly, but in 1996 I had seafood nachos in New Orleans at the Santa Fe on Frenchman Street that had fresh crawfish meat. I've never eaten anything tastier. Since then, the Santa Fe has closed, then reopened in a new location, and the seafood nachos have never regained their luster, but I will always remember...
