spicy baked macaroni and cheese, chicken fried steak with mashed potatoes and ceam gravy and anything that my Mom makes. Can you tell I'm from the south?

I have a vinyl notebook I use to store all of the recipes I've printed from the internet and loved over the past few years. It's a mess on the inside, but it's irreplaceable. I love the pictures in my beautiful (and unblemished) cookbooks but I barely use the recipes. I prefer to read reviews and use well received recipes or blend my own concoctions from several recipes.
