Meal delivery service for SF new moms
Hi folks,
I need some help finding a great meal delivery service for a new mom. We want to get her a gift certificate to a service that deliveries yummy meals that just have to be put in the oven.
Any suggestions?

Best Burger in the wine country
I passed Gotts and the place was busy busy busy, so I would certainly go there.
I actually went to Mustards, but there was a bit of a wait, so we traveled a bit and settled on Girl and the Fig and had an AMAZING burger there--medium rare with brie. They make the rolls, the pickles and the bacon there themselves and oh lordy, it was perfect.
But I'm keeping this list for next time--I'm still bummed about Martini House tho--that sounded like a great burger.
Best Burger in the wine country
I'm going up to Calistoga next week for my birthday and have been craving a good burger. A really really good decadent burger. I'm willing to drive anywhere up there, but I'm not sure where to go.
Any suggestions?
If I were in SF, I'd try that butter burger, but alas! And has anyone tried that?

Where to buy pizza dough in the Bay Area
I'd like to try to make pizza based on CHOW's video on making fast easy pizza, (http://www.chow.com/videos/show/chow-tips/78503/how-to-make-the-fastest-easiest-pizza-ever) and I don't care for Trader Joe's version--any suggestions? I've heard that some pizzerias are willing to sell their pizza dough. Has anyone done this and if so, from what pizzeria and how much does that normally cost?
I bought a can of Irish Oats-now what?
I am also a fan of the crockpot oatmeal. I found that it actually taste better this way. Much creamier. 1 c. oats and 5 c. milks.
I do it Sunday night and then reheat the leftovers with a bit more milk in the microwave.
I'm a bit of a purist--brown sugar and strawberries with almonds. Sooo good!
But I'm going to try toasting them first. That sounds genius!
Best Gift Baskets?
I work for a company where the executives are based in New York and I would like to send them a gift basket in the $100+ range or so specifically from a Bay Area food company. Any ideas?
