Loaded Nachos!!!! From fabulous white corn chips layered with aged jack, cheddar, black beans, homemade guac. and salsa, sour cream, garlic, tomatillos, red and green peppers, grilled adobe marinated chicken, scallions, and LOTS of hot peppers! To late night nachos from 7 eleven loaded with pickled jalapenos, hot dog onions and chili, and lots and lots of glorious pasty cheese from that cool machine!! AHHHH college days!

Try my father in law's version of spaghetti and meat sauce...he puts sugar, lime juice, and peanut butter in his meat sauce. uhhhhh...nasty nasty, but other than that, every other version of spaghetti I have had is good and edible!!

When you get to Richmond, stop by Buzz and Ned's BBQ, it is RIGHT off the interstate. Here's the directions...
Heading SOUTH on I-95 take exit 78 (Boulevard). At the bottom of the ramp go right. Go less than .8 miles and Buz and Ned's will be on your left under the large yellow billboard.

What will you be drinking on election night?
Veritas Vineyards has an excellent Cab. Franc and Viognier. I am also a huge fan of Pearmund Viognier, Barboursville Cab. Franc, Blenheim Viognier, or any White Hall Wines. Think Globally, Drink Locally!
Richmond-Va Center Commons
I would head north to Ashland and go to the Ironhorse. Great southern cuisine, decent wine and beer list, and in a neat warehouseish location right in the train town of Ashland.
Virginia BBQ
Buzz and Ned's is fabulous,but a bit pricey BBQ)!! Good beer selection too! TD Smokehouse is a complete letdown, bad service, and dirty. Buzz and Ned's is RIC'S best BBQ!!!!
