In Toronto for the weekend with families
My wife, 4 month year-old daughter, and another couple with twin 6 year-olds are going to Toronto the weekend of 8-12-11. We're staying at the Marriott at 475 Yonge St and going to a concert at the Trinity St. Paul's Centre at 427 Bloor Street W..
Does anyone have any suggestions for restaurants (near those areas) that are great but kid-friendly?
By kid-friendly, I just mean will tolerate kids, we're NOT looking for balloons and clowns.
We love all kinds of food, and are interested in eating at the best places, be they hole-in-the-walls or fancier.
Also one of us is a vegetarian.

My friends and I are planning on having an evening where we decided once and for all which metro detroit slider is the best.

In Grosse Pointe, across from Grosse Pointe South, there's a place called Gelato Cafe. I was only there once years ago, but I remember it being pretty good.

i know there are hundreds of suggestions for great places in charleston, but my girlfriend and i are staying with a couple and their twin two-year olds in kiawah island next week. are there any good somewhat family-friendly restaurants/markets nearby the island?
Romantic Restaurant in Savannah?
I'm hoping to find the perfect romantic restaurant in savannah. It doesn't have to be the most expensive place (or most touristy), I'd prefer something with some history and ambiance, and of course, great food. Any suggestions?
