Oh yes, that reminds me of my Grandma & Mom making Hungarian palachinta(sp?) Which is a thin crepe filled with sweetened & cinnamon'd cottage cheese. Really good.

I have always loved cottage cheese with lots of black pepper & Cheez It crackers OR Goldfish crackers.
