in Paris, venison with a wonderful reduction; and many at Chez Panisse; recently some perfectly prepared roast duck at Restaurace Stoleti in Prague

good Laphroig scotch and good tequila with tonic

Eat at Chez Panisse as a neighborhood restaurant and go to Boulettes Larder in the Ferry Building whenever I cared to
