Amazing Galbi in Suwon, S. Korea. My mother got lost trying to drive there but when we finally did it was worth it. Huge pieces of bone with large chunks of meat attached. They tenderized the meat so much it was almost like ground beef attached to the bone. My mother said that it would not only be delicious but that we would find outselves thinking about it months later. She was not wrong.
