Masala dosai and mango lassis at Udupi Cafe in Parma, Ohio. Or: the combination platter at Greek Islands in Chicago.

I do things informally, so it'd be a vegetable-grain pilaf or my cheesy green bean and potato casserole for an entree, and a Puertorrican flan/tembleque/bread pudding for dessert
My favorite comfort food:
Option 1: fresh french bread, sliced avocados, sea salt, olive oil, lemon juice. Option 2: brown rice topped with a fried egg, seasoned with Goya adobo and pepper.
