Best meal I ever ate:
too many to narrow down to one - pancakes from my bubbie's cast iron griddle from an old locomotive, baguettes and cheese and wine on a hill in Lyons, eggplant parm in Florence, Indian food made by an Indian friend, cheese served at my wine and cheese party, etc.

water (ok, wine too or a good smoothie)

Take an authentic pasta and/or bread making course in Italy

coconut rice, bi bim bap, crispy double smoked bacon and eggs over easy for brunch with nice bread and good coffee; brussel sprouts down my way; good coffee, fresh baked bread (including my challah)
