The meat I have tasted at Smoke & Spice has been anything but dry and tasteless. To my palate the smoke level is perfect and the sauces only add to the flavor of the meats and are really not even necessary. Of course any restaurant can have an off day and barbeque is a very difficult thing to master, but I can honestly say that I have never had a meal there that I would consider sending back.

Smoke and Spice -- Windsor, ON
I went last week. Very good ribs, delicious sauces and great atmosphere. Highly recommended.
