Hello, I live in Milan (American). I have become a bit of a specialist in gelato! I think the best flavor to tell if it truly is a great gelateria is through trying the Pistacchio!!!
Anyway, does any local Italian know of somewhere where my husband and I can learn how to make gelato here in Italy (close to Milan)?
