Source for unenhanced chicken

Does anybody know of a good source for chicken that isn't enhanced with seasoned chicken broth, outside of Whole Foods? I live in Halifax, near Plymouth and the Cape.
As an aside, I was just put on a low sodium diet and had blinders on when it came to "plumping' chicken.

refreezing uncooked chicken

Hi. I bought a large package of chicken at the store 2 days ago, expecting to cook a big meal with it today. I wasn't expecting the flu to hit the house over the weekend, with the result that nobody has an appetite. I know this product comes into the store frozen, it was semi frozen when I bought it and continued to defrost in my fridge. I've seen mention that the USDA says it's ok to refreeze, but some have said that the quality of the chicken isn't as good after refreezing but still is ok to use.

Long question short, has anybody done this and what were your results?

Pogo's is back!

No disco ball, but atmosphere is just like it was when they were in Plympton. This is #1 with my wife and I, and it's just down the street from us. The portions are huge, but leftovers are always nice. I usually go with Pancake/French Toast/Meat combo to get a nice mix of items off the menu.
