Vegetarian visiting new orleans

Hi , I will be in New Orleans for 4 days and would appreciate dining recommendations near or in the French quarter. I do not eat meat in any form ( that includes fish and chicken), I would love to sample food that is unique to New Orleans, and I also love all Itallian and Mediteranean type cusines, as well as wine bars.

Two vegetarians visit SF

Looking for advice on dining in SF. We are vegetarians but do not require an all veg menu. Any place that offers 2-3 thoughtful veg options would be fine. So far my considerations are Delfinas, Myth, Limon, Aziza, Quince and Bar Tartine. I do not like Greens. Any feedback and or other suggestions would be appreciated.

Vegetarian recomendations

I will be visiting San Francisco next week. Would like to hit a couple of restaurants that offer some veggie options. I've been to L'osteria, Delfinas, and Incanto. Would welcome any suggestions.

Help me find great produce in the Monterey Bay Area

My very favorite produce place is the organic farm stand off Hwy 1 (riverside/129 exit) just south of Watsonville. They are open Wed-Sun 10-6. Their prices are better than the farmers markets and they are really nice people. They also have great cut flowers. If you are heading to PG from the bay area it is well worth the stop. There is also a farm stand in Salinas called "The Farm". I think you take the Spreckles exit off of Hwy 68.

Santa Cruz

For great food and great wine Soif and Avanti are your best bets. The food selection and portions are bigger at Avanti so if I'm more interested in eating that's where I head. Soif on the other hand stands out for it's huge selection of wines by the glass, and they also offer two ounce pours, so you can really pack in a lot of tasting in an evening. (Their food is great also) I think Omei is overpriced and the last time I was there the service sucked. The food is good however. Another option is their little sister place Xin Asia Bistro across the street in the Almar shopping center. Very casual, but good food. I would pass on Mexican unless you're willing to drive to Watsonville. I like Sawasadee in Soquel for Thai. The Shadowbrook is very picturesque, I might stop in for a drink just to see the gardens, but the atmosphere inside is pretty uninspired. Bella Roma in Capitola village used to be my favorite Itallian. If you find yourself in Capitola village this would be a good option.
