My famous smoked Salmon ... made fresh that day. I like to serve it with a sour cream, caper and horseradish sauce

Meatloaf, mashed potatoes and baby sweet peas ... True comfort food at it's best!
My top 5 favorite restaurants:
Don't really have too many, lots of places ... many cultures. Too hard to single out. Personally I like small intimate not well known restaurants. Almost small "hole in the wall" restaurants that most people don't even now about.

I just look to get ideas and then create my own, don't really use a cookbook
