For sit-down dinners, I don't have one, as each dinner has a unique theme. For more "cocktail" type parties: a smoked pork loin, scratch-made lobster pizza, moroccan lamb bisteeya, gruyere cheese straws

My mom's meatloaf, or her chicken noodle casserole, or her sweet and sour pork chops

Hugo's in Houston, Foxy's in Jost Van Dyke, a little conveyor-belt sushi restaurant in Chiba, a robatayaki restaurant in Chiba, Set Portres in Barcelona
