I'm looking to take 9 friends out for a farewell dinner on Arthur Ave. I'll be paying for the whole thing so Roberto's, my usual spot, is way too expensive. Any cheaper, group-friendly but equally tasty suggestions?

I'm hosting a dinner for a group of college students who have volunteered at my organization. I'm looking for an ethnic restaurant in Yonkers that is big enough to hold 50 people comfortably. Cheap and tasty are the most important features. There will be quite a number of vegetarians too so no korean bbq or other meat-heavy cuisines. It doesn't have to be the best restaurant in the tri-state area...

Our leading candidate right now is Panchitos. Their quote is $28 a head. That seems a little unreasonably high to me, no?

I can't find real grenadine in the area. Roses is all corn syrup and ickiness. any suggestions?

I bought some raw black tahini, it seemed like a good idea at the time. But now I'm at a complete loss! I put it in hummus which seemed fine. what else do I use it for?
PS- I'm a vegetarian.

Max Brenner near Union Square has unbelievable chocolate fondues. I highly highly recommend. You choose the kinds of chocolate you like for their traditional fondue and they also have popsicle fondues.
