BEST FRESH PASTA IN SAN FRAN.
Tramonte Pasta Co, I think they only sell at farmers markets. They are amazing. The fresh pasta guy told me he milled the semolina the night before and made the pasta that day, but the tit's of the whole thing was the pesto and baked tomatoes he sold me. I think it all cost like $7 for a lb of pasta and the pint of pesto and a quart of the yummiest tomatoes ever.

Homemade Sour Mix
has any one heard of using egg whites for there sour mix? I used to know a guy who swore by it!
