Dinner suggestions near Riviera Theater?
Thanks for the suggestions. We ended up eating at the Ethiopean Restaurant on the corner and it was quite good. Friendly service and a reasonably priced nice wine list.
Dim Sum with carts?
I need to take a friend to their first Dim Sum outing and they really want to try a place with carts.
My standby was always 3 Happiness in Chinatown, but it has been a very long time since I have been there. I have browsed the boards and am getting mixed reviews and conflicting information.
Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks!

Dinner suggestions near Vic Theater?

Charlie Trotter's
I've said this on this board before, I have been fortunate to enjoy fantastic meals all over the world and Trotter's was the worst fine dining experience I have ever had. The five people who were with me all agree. IMHO, and I know many disagree, Trotters is pretty much a place for people who have more money than taste. Sorry!
Razor clams
Does anyone know of any restaurants that serve them or markets that sell them fresh? I have never seen them except in Italy and they were delicious!
25th Anniversary in Positano
Thanks for the reply, Erica!
I have read a lot of the posts here on the area and was just looking for updated info and new ideas. As it's our anniversary, we will splurge on occasion so price is not a real issue. We are just looking for the best real Italian food and place to eat. We will certainly travel an hour by bus if it's omething we can do without speaking Italian. We are really quite open to anything and will post our reviews when we return.

I put them in a 375 oven for about 2 1/2 hours. Then peel, cut up into pieces and add them to a bowl with sliced onions, olive oil, vinegar and S&P. Fresh herbs too if I have them. Delicious!
The gold ones are great too!
