PARTS and SERVICE SUPPORT FOR GENERAL SLICING/KENWOOD STAND MIXER??
The GS machine is the same as the Kenwood/delonghi and the attachments will fit all the machines. I no longer have the kenwood but have a food/meat grinder attachment for it which worked really well. It's yours if you want.
Brand New All-Clad Staining
Those who say it's baked on oil residue are right. But it can be cleaned w/a bit of effort.
I've had ss AC for years and if there is some oil residue, I soak in v hot water and some dishwasher detergent for a while (or overnight). Softens it right up and is easy to scrub off. Sometimes a brillo or SOS pad and some BKF is necessary (I don't care about some scratching). But DO NOT use dishwasher detergent on Master Chef or anodized, only stainless.

Try a "Sumeet" which is wet/dry grinder used in Indian cooking. Not terribly expensive but really a great machine. Google it to find Indian sources that sell it in the US or Canada (be careful about electricity need).
Where can I get a Robot Coupe food processor? [Moved from Not About Food board]
Try the chefs catalog. They have 2 models - about $350 & $500. I do not know if they ship to AK. It's free to lower 48 if one spends more than $99.

None in particular, but ask at the best restaurants in you area. Most use a service that you can probably use as well.
