zwilling cookware anyone?
well, i bought a 7 pc set for an amazing price.
just for others looking for this set, it is really nice. does not over heat, burn food and holds heal nicely. cooks even and looks great.
if i use a shooth top...
my stove is a smooth top, does having clad or disc bottom make a difference?

has anyone tried the zwilling twin select cookware? they bought demeyere a while ago so i wonder if they share the same technology. it looks great but no one seems to have it. is that a sign?

lagostina in Canada
has anyone used the multi clad lagostina sets like "chef clad" and such? ( http://lagostina.ca/eng/products.html )
i'm curious if its a cheaper option for me than a calphalon set.
does the thickness of the aluminum make a huge diff or is 1mm here and there whatever?

paderno, lagostina, kitchenaid
i' m wondering if anyone has anything to say about lagostina tri-ply pots or regular paderno stuff (not fusion 5 $$$). i know people like the kitchen aid ss multi-ply but home outfitters has the lagostina on sale on a regular basis (chef clad).
i know the paderno isn't multiply but is it comparable? any comments?
