I popped in for a quick burger a couple of weeks ago and it was fantastic. Up there with the best in town. Only available during lunch though. Big Luger's fan growing up so I will be back for their porterhouse. |

Pirolo's Panino (SOBE) - Lobster Roll, an Amazing Sandwich I had a great trifecta on Friday. Loved the messy, juicy Roast Pork with broccoli raab, fontina and calabrese chilies. Mike's meatballs are great and his sauce is probably the best i town so his meatball parm is a winner. I always defer to SteveBm when it comes to lobster rolls but I've had my fair share. This is the best version I've had in Miami. Loaded with nice pieces of Maine lobster, minimal to no mayo and served on a nice buttered bun. Neptune Oyster Bar? Nope but that's a tough comparison as it is one of best in nation. Miami's best, I think so. On a side note the bread they were using on my visit was perfect. Nice crust on the outside with a nice chew on the inside. The Banh Mi(lano) sounds ridiculous. House made testa, mortadella and Asian pickles BOOM!!! Michy's - Chef's Tasting or A la carte The menu is conducive to making your own tasting menu. That said, I have no hesitation recommending their tasting, First class operation. Go for it. Enjoy |

Macchialina SOBE is really good I had another fantastic meal there last night thanks to a couple of specials along with some regular items. Specials: Tripe parmigiana was one of the best tripe preparations I've had. His sauce is outstanding. Yellowfoot chanterelles with bone marrow and parsley toast was unreal. Three mushroom risotto w/ yellowfoots, white button and shiitake was cooked perfectly and had great flavors. Menu: The veal cheek and pork meatballs are in the same league as Martorano and Macaluso's. Bonus points again for his sauce. Veal crudo with crispy prosciutto, braised escarole and tonnato sauce was another winner. I couldn't leave without having some pasta so I had the Spaghetti vongole for "dessert". pasta was perfect and there was some nice heat via the Calabrese chilis. Easily one of the best restaurants on South Beach |

4days in Coconut Grove any sugg? Favorites- Sitting outside at Scotty's Landing is hard to beat Lokal is a fairly new spot that serves great burgers I've always been a fan a Bouchon du Grove and would highly recommend their mussels |

They do not have the Philly but they have a similar take on a Cuban Sandwich. The tasting menu is the way to go. I second Broken Shaker and would also recommend the downstairs bar at the Regent Cocktail Club located at the new Gale Hotel on 17th and Collins across from the Delano. Regent is located downstairs. |

Currently the best restaurant on Lincoln Road I was a big fan of Meat Market but the last meal I had (year ago) was awful from start to finish. Bad enough that I will no longer recommend it. I did Quattro one time when they first opened and was completely underwhelmed and it was way overpriced. But I have had the chefs food at an outside event and it was very good. Thus, I need to go back. |

Great call on The Bazaar and The Dutch. I'm not a big Yardbird fan (menu doesn't do much for me) and Pubbelly hits some notes but is on the heavy side. Both are popular with the masses though... If you never made it over to Red Light I would do Florida Cookery (don't skip the BBQ Shrimp) I've had a couple of good meals at Khong and it is a lively spot. Lunch- Milos has a great deal and is very good. |
