Lunch recommendation near Lincoln Center with 2 teenage boys

They are not too fussy but also don't want anyplace too fancy. A solid salad, sandwich, pasta place that is average price. Doesn't need to be cheap but not really expensive.
Many thanks!

Harlem Restaurants

anything top notch would be great. my boys would probably prefer something familiar, like italian, but i could likely convince them to branch out. they love the basics - asian, italian, mediterranean,
or traditional. tried to get into red rooster but no luck for this friday eve.....
Many thanks for your help!

Please look at my restaurant list and offer feedback

Based on fabulus feedback I moved Le Cinq to Sunday for lunch.
Going to Setime Thurs night
L'Ami Jean Friday night
Les Papilles Saturday night
Le Cing Sunday lunch

Shall I cut out Les Papilles to be fresh and hungry for Le Cinq Sunday. I am most looking forward to Le Cinq for food and atmosphere.
If I cancel Les Papilles, any suggestions. Something light, casual not too heavy or exensive. I will be staying in St. Germain de Pres.
Thanks Chowhounds!! You're awesome!!

Is this too much for 1 day?

Thank you all for your input! I sent an email to switch Le Cinq to the weekend. I must have confused it with another restaurant.....

Drinking in Paris

I am not a drinker. I don't enjoy alcohol and I know it is a large part of the french culture.
Will there be resentment if I am not ordering drinks at a restaurant?

Is this too much for 1 day?

I have a lunch reservation at Le Cinq for 1:30 and then a dinner reservation at L'Ami Jean for 8:00.
Will I regret it?
I am afraid I will not get another reservation at either - going in 1 week.
Le Cinq is closed for lunch on weekends they said........do they do brunch?
Thank you for you help!

First time in Naples - anyone have recent recs?

Going to Naples for the first time for a few days. What are some good spots for lunch and dinner. Any organic restaurants? Will be staying at the Ritz Carlton and would rather not drive too far.

Is Babbo really that good?

went to babbo about 5 years ago. didn't think it was amazing but there are so many great reviews here on the board. i have a reservation this week to take a friend. wondering if i was wrong the first time or had too high expectations. ate at craft tonight and was very disappointed. i have definitely had much better meals at way cheaper places.
should i give babbo a second chance?
thanks for your help!

the place looks, good, the name is good but the food was sooooo bad. we had a discount coupon from restaurants.com so it took a bit of the sting out of it, but seriously this place was awful. slow, poor service, tasteless food.........need i say more.........skip it!

restaurant over looking the water in fairfield county

there is Splash in Westport - very good pan asian food. fabulous calamari salad.
not sure if rowaytan seafood is on the water or close to it - delicious food
there's also a high end restaurant in norwalk that overlooks the water that everyone loves but i had a horrible meal there

Yale Hospital (New Haven CT) neighborhood recs needed

not super cheap but you can get a few inexpensive rolls at Mya on Howe. You can call ahead and get it to go. ate there recently and it was awesome......very different sushi

driving up to NH on i 91 need ideas

driving up to nh on i 91 tomorrow and would love a unique, summery place for lunch. any farms that have restaurants or anything that is outdoorsy or just plain great food.....not too upscale but not too casual either.
thanks for your help!

Nantucket Lunch Help Needed

just got back from nantucket 2 days ago and had both a fantastic lunch which we loved so much we returned for dinner at a new restaurant called Dune. Gorgeous restaurant, pricey, portions were not large but the food was excellent. there is also outdoor dining if you'd like. the other fabulous restaurant for dinner is S'foglia.....superb. for a take out lunch or super casual is Something Natural - huge, fresh sandwiches. we also had a delicious take out sandwich from Provisions near the ferry.

NYC lunch tomorrow with 2 boys

Hi,
Looking for something really delicious, not too funky or way out but memorable to take my 11 and 13 year old sons for lunch tomorrow. Prefer UES, as I have a spot to park my car there, but willing to travel. Would like to spend no more than $30/person.
Many thanks!

Mints

Does anyone know where to buy those delicious mints that you get in the individual packages at the Chinese restaurant? I love them and the ones they sell at the supermarket are not the same.
Thanks for your help!

Shopping for Rosh Hashanah...

Gaerlick and Herbs has many locations in Fairfield County _ Greenwich, New Cannan, Westport and they have excellent food for Rosh Hashanah. Also Golds Deli in Westport.

Looking for a dessert bar or great bakery in NY

not a big selection but the Nespresso Cafe on Madison has some sandwiches and also desserts plus amazing coffee. cool atmosphere.
