I just moved to the upper east (70th & Lex) and I'm in search of something similar to Maxdelivery or any markets that will deliver last minute groceries if I call them.

Any particular dish you'd recommend at 15 East? He love's tocqueville wich is the same owner so that is a great option.

I second Barbarini, they deliver and are open till 10:30. Go to the MERCATO and sit on the back room.

Harry's Bar is a great neighborhood spot and they are open late.

I love eating sushi and sashimi,
My boyfriend however is not fond of anything raw and hasn't had good experiences eating Japanese food. I'd love suggestions of Japanese restaurants ($$-$$$) and what to order beyond raw fish so we can both be happy with our food.

Budget Catering NYC

I'm organizing the catering for a NY film shoot we have a very tight budget and need to serve food for 50-60 people. I am trying to get leftover donations in exchange of special thanks and credits for the film.
Au bon pain, starbucks and many others already donate their food to city harvest. I would like suggestions os places that would donate their leftovers and also cheap catering- so far I have Pathmark.
