malbec has some delicious menu items, lest you care to take three hours to complete your meal due to service issues , I would recommend going elsewhere for lunch.

I need suggestions for a romantic evening with great food and wine in or around Pasadena. I saw a post similar in question a few weeks back but was targeted in the L.A./WLA area.
I thought firefly in so. pas would be good but haven't tried it myself and even brought up the idea of dining at palate but don't know if the ambience would be right.
We'd like to avoid mexican and sushi please.
