Currently, Pan roasted halibut on a bed of potato gnocchi, roasted wild mushrooms and sauteed spinach with a lemon beurre blanc sauce, on the daily specials @ The Clubhouse in OakBrook, IL, usually the most recent one is what remains in my mind, there have been many in many places.
