Uchi Happy Hour?
Even though online it only says the place opens at 5:30. People do get seated at 5 if the party is complete. Also only certain dishes have happy hour price. When I went on a Monday, there was only 4 that had the discount of half price.

inexpensive, but good duck entree?
I would have to second the opinion that First Chinese ducks are more consistent. Din Ho seem to have more off days lately.
