I've probably had "better" meals, but I still remember dinner before my Junior Prom. Domaine Chandon, when Jeanty was still there. Tomato soup in puff pastry followed by bacon-wrapped Venison loin and diced new potatoes and a red-wine demi. I was 16 and it blew my mind.
My current drink of choice:
Henri Billiot Brut Rose and Sombra Mezcal. Not necessarily in that order.
I really wish I could:
Drink a COMPLETE vertical of DRC. Or Giamcomo Conterno Monfortino, that would do if DRC wasn't available.
