Affordable but Delicious Caterer??
I'm getting married this spring and having about 85 people. Instead of a normal sit-down meal or buffet, I want to have heavy appetizers and small plates. I want a variety of flavors and cuisines. I'm going to have international dance music and bright colors and would love the food to keep the mood going! My budget is not big because I'm paying for it myself, but I am not against doing higher-end paper plates, etc to get better food! All I seem to find are these huge catering companies that have really expensive packages... Anybody have a suggestion of somewhere with amazing flavors and affordable pricing? (Maybe like $30-50/person for food)
