Need advice.. Birthday Dinner for 4
I need a dinner suggestion for 4 for Tuesday the 9th of Feb. We normally go to Ruths's Chris, or Sapporo if we have a large group....Looking for North Phoenix, North Scottsdale, or Cave Creek.
For what it is worth I am a lvl 1 sommelier, and lvl 1 cicerone, so a nice list of beverages would be helpful as well
Are there "tourist trap" restaurants in Phoenix?
As the former sommelier, and head random trivia guy there....I can assure you that Barcelona is no more. It closed it's doors on the 28th of July, and will purportedly re-open as a high scale Mexican style place similar to La Hacienda formerly in the Fairmont Princess

I really like Sean Tevik from Spaghetti Western (Cowboy Ciao, Kaz Bar, Sea Saw, etc)
His list is incredible, and I can attest that he knows it thru and thru.
I am the Wine Steward for Barcelona, and he is a rockstar.
