looking for German pastries

I just visited the Danish Pastry House in Medford with my neighbor, who is German. We've been looking for a European style bakery like the ones she goes to in Germany that have good pastries and a pleasant atmosphere. We were both pleased to find all that in this bakery, which also serves lunch, smoothies, espresso, tea, etc. It's near Tufts and seems to be a hang out for studious types, among others. The owner is Danish and is very proud of her pastries. She explained each one, emphasizing that everything is made on premises from scratch, no mixes. I caught no whiff of artificial anything. Real Danish pastries often use marzipan- my favorite- and she doesn't skimp on it. It's going to be a big task getting familiar with all the offerings, but we're up for the challenge.
