I'm planning a buffet lunch. One salad I'm planning on making is a tortellini salad. That is, cold cheese tortellini with grape tomatoes, black sweet olives and corn. I would like to add evoo and sprinkle with parmesan cheese at serving time. What do you think?

No matter what I have tried the filling in the hamentaschen sinks down after baking. I have added bread crumbs to my jams and prunes and fill them full and, yet, the filling sinks after baking. Any help and/or hints greatly appreciated.

made my pot roast basted with spaghetti sauce and deglazed red wine. Separated meat from pan gravy and placed in frig. Also put gravy in frig. Tasted meat and it seems so very dry. Also, gravy is very very salty. Please help.
