Oh I know right? What a great birthday place for me! I've actually already been there, but since we were already going to go to the natural history museum and he wanted to check it out, i figured why not. He'll make up for it I'm sure;)

Romantic Restaurants in the Area near Holocaust Museum

I'm planning on visiting DC for my birthday (which is in about 2 weeks), and my boyfriend wants to check out the holocaust museum and the national museum of natural history. So we were looking for a place that is more "fine dining" than just the regular places you find everywhere that are in that area. We will be driving to DC so if it is within a 10-20 minute ride from the museums that would be fine. I've already looked into the Capitol Hill Restaurant and Art and Soul, so if you have any insights on either of those restaurants i'd like the input!

PS...the restaurants don't have to be "romantic" i'd just like a good place where we would get good food for not a ridiculous price. anywhere between $15-30 an entree.

The Blue Horse Restaurant & Tavern

My mother and I are planning a Bridal shower here. I have not been there since it was Marabella's and since it has opened, I have read a lot of bad reviews, but many of them are several years old.

Has anyone been there recently, within 6 months or so?

I'm wondering if we should pick a different place!
