I agree, that hot sauce is amazing. I found this recipe a couple of years ago and I've been making this all the time. I put it on anything that even get's close to Mexican food. Try it with just chips and you'll be scooping up mounds of this stuff.
I do like it with a bit less salt. I also like it with the sugar in it. I hadn't done that until recently.
