OK, so it's not just me. No one else responded so I thought I was losing my mind and the only one to see it. It's really annoying.

Low carber avoiding restaurants

Yes, a huge factor and also the reaspn why I don't just grab random food at conferences and meetings. The "see food, eat" diet does not appeal to me. People judge but I like to know what I'm eating :)

Low carber avoiding restaurants

I've never been much for eating out and as I learned more about cooking I realized every time I went out I sort of wished I had stayed home. Of course, there are certain special occasions where I will go to a very particular restaurant (though in the past 8 years most of these occasions involved a special meal at home instead) but for the most part I just prefer to stay home and cook :) try out new things, experiment and importantly to me, know what I'm eating.

I agree, after being low carb for most of my life the carb food literally does not exist in my mind so it's not about willpower I just don't eat it.

I can't remember the last time I ate out, it's probably been years.

I think it's just on mobile. I don't see it on my laptop (Firefox/W8/Ad block plus) but on mobile there's an extra line listing "recommended by" which just clutters the screen even more.

Just to clarify? No beneath the wonderful heart is more text to list who recommended?

Trader Joe's YAY/MEH/NAY - July 2014

I don't have particularly sensitive skin but I would call it mildly sensitive but it hasn't caused any issues yet. It's less thick and gloopy then most other sunscreens I've tried.

YAY - Refresh broad-spectrum SPF. I don't wear much sunscreen but I've already had enough sun so needed something to wear everyday and I am quite enjoying this sunscreen. Mild scent, not too thick and stays on pretty well.

The latter half of this summer, I am committed to becoming less of a freezer hoarder...things go in, but they rarely come out. To kick off the "use what you have" bonanza will be duck breast seared and served over bacon and blue cheese mashed cauliflower. It's my usual Sunday lifting rest "fun"day so dessert will be another round of a cheese, olive, and salami platter alongside pork rinds and TJs jalapeno pub cheese (don't judge :)

Great, more random grabs :) Good thing I don't eat pasta or else they'd hop right into the cart. I imagine they will and I'll save them for a pasta-lover who happens to walk into my door.

Are you snacking on anything right now? **Springtime Edition**

I go through hummus phases a well...complete obsession followed by complete abstention and repeat.

Yes, that as well. Perhaps it's my fat fingers, but I gave up on clicking that heart on mobile :)

Keeping chicken in the fridge longer

I usually cook for one and buy a lot of chicken. I package it into individual servings well actually I buy Wegmans freezer pack already separated into breasts and freeze them. They defrost in an hour either in cold water or on the surface of a cast iron pan.

What is a better/easier way to cook chicken than the grill?

The oven? Zuni chicken is my favorite, but the Keller approach works in a pinch

These changes are awful. I agree, I have been browsing less since these changes, they are very frustrating.

Seriously, there are way too many options that don't seem to provide much enhancement.

Metlted Cheese - Flavor?

I agree it loses some flavor when it's very melty but if you let it cool slightly to wear it's still melted somewhat it seems to have more flavor.
