Need to pick 1 from list of 3 in theater district

After hours of searching the web I think I have a short list of 3 restaurants to pick from. I needed to find a restaurant for a loud group of 8-10, within walking distance from the theater district, preferably Italian food. This is what I came up with...

Tony's di Napoli
Trattoria Tre Colori

Am I way off? Which one should I go with?

Need help - restaurant for a Bday group

Hello to everyone...we have a group of 10 Irish women coming to NYC from RI for my mother's 60th birthday and I am in charge of finding a place for drinks and dinner (either two separate places or one place)!

We are going to NY to see the Jersey Boys I was thinking Italian may be appropriate. Looking at a moderate priced place...figure $18 to $30 per entree (is that moderate in NYC?). Something tourist-like might be appropriate (a few of my aunts have never been to NYC).

So, here is our itinerary so far:
Drive to New Haven and take the Metro North to Grand Central.
Head to the Top of the Rock Observation Deck for a view and to get our bearings.
Visit St. Patrick's Cathedral to light a candle (we are Irish and Catholic).
Head to the Jersey Boys at 2 PM.
Go for a Cocktail somewhere following the Jersey Boys.
Lastly, Dinner for 10 people somewhere following the cocktail.

I need to emphasize the importance of the Cocktail because I'll be spending the day making sure my four aunts and mother do not stray too far from the group so they do not get lost (I have a lot of practice due to the fact I have a 1 year old, 3 year old, and 4 year old I often take to the zoo...).

Any help from people who know NYC better than myself would be greatly appreciated! Have a good day and looking forward to visiting the best city in the world in September!
