Knoxville lunch recommendation

Yes, Roman's is next to the (now more than a) Dollar Theatre.

I also like Mangia at Turkey Creek (next to Five Guys Burgers & Fries).

And may I say that a slice of Sam's Club pizza often hits the spot while on a shopping expedition?

Eating Out near George Mason Center for the Arts

Let me second what Anni said about Bombay Garden. Well worth it.

I was pleasantly surprised by the very good salad I had at the Auld Shebeen on Chain Bridge Road (Rte 123): http://www.theauldshebeenva.com/

My extended family often gathers for decent BBQ at Red Hot & Blue on Ox Road (also Rte 123): http://www.redhotandblue.com/

My daughter often goes to lunch at the following places near 123 and 236:
Metro Silver Diner - http://www.metrosilverdiner.com/
Austin Grill - http://www.austingrill.com/
Foster's Grille - http://www.fostersgrille.com/

St. Louis Restaurant reccomendations please

My family and I enjoyed the City Coffee Shop and Creperie in Clayton. They make crepes with just about anything inside, either savory or sweet. The Riverfront Times had a review:

I tried Imo's Pizza last week. It must be an acquired taste that I haven't acquired yet. I still prefer NY style.
