Lunch in the Berkshires...where to eat?

We'll be driving around the Berkshires (Lenox, Pittsfield, North Adams, Stockbridge, etc.) and would appreciate RECS for medium priced lunch spots.

American or Italian food, or even a good diner, would be great.

To be perfectly honest, we do not like Mexican or spicy food, so we would really appreciate recs for a good place to have a "turkey sandwich" type lunch in Tijuana.

Would appreciate Recs for chow in the Meriden CT general area

I'll admit my taste is for good old fashioned "American" food. Not spicy, low to medium price range. Am I asking for the impossible? I hope not!

I could also use recs for seafood, chinese food, and, of course, Italian food.
