Best traditional pizza delivery in Owings Mills, MD?

While there is no true NY style pizza in OM, what about Upper Crust in Valley center on Reisterstown road. Their pizza is really good, They have a really good meat pizza with veal and really thinly sliced pepperoni. I would say better that Vito's which I agree with the previous post is as good as you are going to get. As a former new yorker, I can say with confidence that there is no pizza in OM that will compare to NY.

Restaurant between Baltimore and Potomac

Looking for sit down restaurant in between for mother's day dinner. Needs to be toddler/baby friendly as well. Facci is my number one choice but another mother in the party doesn't sound too thrilled. Any suggestions?

Does anyone know if they are open on Christmas for dinner?

Help! Bell's Seasoning in DC

I have bought it at Wegman's in Hunt Valley, MD near Baltimore. You should also try Whole Foods

Viener Schnitzel

I don't know the name of the restaurant, and I'm not sure if it's still there, but there used to be a place on Wisconsin Ave in Glover Park, a couple of storefronts down from the gas station that served German Food. You may have to venture closer to Baltimore for German food. In Jessup there's Blob's Park and in the City there's a place called Eickraus (sp?) in Brewer's Hill right off of Fleet Street.

FYI - vienerschnitzel is simply a think breaded boneless porkchop that has been fried. I had it in Germany and didn't think it was a good representation of German food.

Thanksgiving dinner restaurants in DC/Balt area

I know this is early, but I'm looking to convince my mother who is a picky eater and lover of wine to have T Day dinner somewhere other than her house. I looked up past posts and found some great recommendations in DC. We will be a party of 12, with a toddler, baby and 7 year old, some coming from DC area, and other coming from Baltimore area. Needs to be a classy restaurant with great food and good wine to appease my mother. Any recommendations based on past experiences?

Dinner suggestions for Saturday

Midtown to downtown. I don't really care about the price, I just don't want to get dressed up as I am coming into town on Saturday. We have a reservation for Dos Caminos in Soho and a recommendation for Moustache in the West Village. Only caveat is my friend does not eat seafood and probably Indian. Other than that, all other food genres are open for discussion. Thanks in advance for any tips.

Frozen Fish

I love fish, but I only go shopping on the weekends, so the convenience of frozen fish (salmon, tilapia, cod, halibut), is very appealing. However, the only method of cooking frozen fish that I found to be successful is frying. Whenever I try to broil it or grill it, it's comes out super dry and flavorless. Any tips?

Taste Mediterranean Grill

There were highs and lows. I was expecting Italy since the chef is from Naples and I've been to Italy. It wasn't bad but not spectacular. The service was great. The appetizer, a fish souffle was outstanding, I would go back and order that alone. The salad was boring, just iceberg lettuse with some shaved carrots and onion. I had the Maryland clams and mussels pasta which I expected to come out in the shells, but it was only the meat. It was good, but forgettable. I didn't have dessert but they sounded good. If you go, get the fish souffle

Taste Mediterranean Grill

I am going there today for lunch for the first time. I will let you know.

The Ambassador

Is it open for lunch?

Ris

I ate there about 2 months ago. I live in Baltimore, we don't really have too many of these types of restaurants. For the price, I was not overly impressed. The mussels were good, but the portion was small for the price. The bronzino was prepared well, but I wasn't blown away. $12 glass of wine was crazy. The dessert was good, but overall it seems like the type of restaurant that I would go to with my grandparents. I haven't lived in DC in 10 years but I remember much hipper and tastier restaurants

Recs for Saturday dinner in general vicinity of 2nd and E 13th street

I am coming for the evening, and I want to try Milk but don't really care to try the other restaurants in that chain. My friend and I are not picky eaters, her only caveat being she does not eat seafood. Any recs?

John's Hopkins Hospital FOOD DELIVERY

Have you asked the nurses? When my father was in the hospital there, the nurses had a lot of recommendations for take out places. As far as fresh and nutritious and delivery. You may be out of luck on the delivery part. But there is a whole foods very close by. There are alos food delivery services in the Baltimore area that may fit the bill. Good luck to you and your dad

Cape May Restaurants - Toddler Friendly

Any recommendations? I've searched the board as far as general restaurant recommendations, but a lot of restaurants seem to be anti-children. I've read good things about Louisa's and Ugly Mug. This is a long overdue vacation and I love to eat good food, so please help!
