Best meal I ever ate:
I love everything from a simple bowl of Pho at Khiem's in town, to Coq au Vin at Bistro Jeanty in the Napa Valley.

Boodles martini, VERY dry. The blue cheese olives double as a delicious appetizer!

I like to start with bacon-wrapped dates stuffed with a marcona almond and some gorgonzola.

Soup: Caldo de Res, Pho (always), tomato bisque, mulligatawny...
