What should i do with a hunk of Blue cheese

I make a lovely spinach salad w/ crumbled bleu cheese, dried cranberries or fresh blueberries, pine nuts or slivered almonds and vinaigrette.

Spiced Cranberry SangrĂa

Can she eat cooked apples? B/c that would be fine. If not you may want to add unsweet. apple juice to the recipe for flavor. Oranges slices would be fine. Make sure they aren't peeled as they could break up if they are. Most people didn't eat the fruit in the drink. It just looked very festive, the red/green.

Spiced Cranberry SangrĂa

BRILLIANT!!! Made this for office Christmas party last week and it was all the rage. Added a wee bit more unsweetened cranberry juice as didn't want dancing on the tables to ensue. Although it might have been fun to see a few of them kickin' up heels.

need lots of hill country recommendations

In Marble Falls, Jammin' House is closed. There is a new lunch spot across the street though, Noon Spoon Cafe. A small place that has lovely salads and sandwiches. If you are going to spend the money go to Cafe 909 ( rather than Patton's. Mark Schmidt (little known treasure in MF) owner/chef @ 909 is a James Beard Foundation invitee. In F'burg the Navajo Grill is a good choice. If you don't want to go all the way to Llano for BBQ try Opie's in Spicewood. Good sides as well as delicious Ribeyes on Fri and Sat (I think) go early as the run out.
