Thank you for your suggestions. I will pass them along. For myself I am allergic to bananas so I will not try it but know that a few customers will.

Okay, now I am 15 months later ....... I have just recently joined Chow.com and would very much like your recipe. I teach cake decorating and have requests all the time for eggless cakes and vegen icings. This is totally out of my league but would love to be able to help them out. It really hurts to have a mom tell me their child is allergic to eggs but loves cake and cannot have it. email is ccssheila@windstream.net
